What ShopFloorJobs is

A free tool for finding plant engineering jobs and the people on those teams, with suggested messages and a tracker. We are not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency, and we don’t guarantee interviews, referrals, offers or that any listing is still open.

Job listings and people

• Listings come from employers’ public career sites or from verified employers. Details can change; always confirm on the employer’s site.
• People shown on job pages are based on public search results and may be out of date or wrong. “Likely hiring manager” is our best guess, never a confirmation.
• Applications go through the employer, not through us.

How to use it respectfully

• Message people one at a time, honestly, about real roles you’re interested in. No spam, mass messaging, harassment or misrepresenting who you are.
• Don’t scrape, copy or resell the site’s data, or use automated tools against it.
• Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share. Only upload your own résumé.
• Employers: post only real, open roles for your own company, with accurate details.

We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own what you upload. You let us store and display it only as needed to run the service for you (for example, serving your résumé through your share link).

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, L&J LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information on the site.
